All cushions are designed by Egle, the designer and owner of ElleyHome. The original artwork digitally printed on fabric or machine embroidered on linen fabric. Then cut and sewn to make a unique cushion cover. This means, that this cushion is original and you will not be able to find same cushion anywhere else.
Embroidered cushions
NATURAL LINEN FABRIC
We use only the best quality linen fabric from Lithuania.
Linen is more than happy to grow in relatively poor conditions. Which means that it is not only easier to produce; but it also takes much less resources and much less water too. Also it is 100% biodegradable! Over time, linen will disappear and it won’t clog up the landfills, causing a long-term issue. It is strong and it is durable, which means that you won’t be rushing out to replace it after a couple of months use.
Printed cushions
ORGANIC COTTON FABRIC
Our favourite Organic Cotton fabric is high quality, that is durable, slightly textured and perfectly suitable for our pillows. It is soft, smooth to the touch and the colours look absolutely amazing! As the fabric is unbleached it can contain some imperfections which can add character and depth to a print.
Organic cotton is grown without the use of any toxins or chemical inputs. Using a lower volume of water than most fabrics, this cotton is produced in a completely organic way that's why it is good to our planet.
This Organic Cotton fabric is supplied to us as an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS certified organic fabric.
