Most of our items are made to order so the time we need to prepare an item for shipping varies. For processing times please see the individual product description page.
FREE UK Delivery
All Elleyhome products come with free UK delivery. Once the items are ready to ship, we will try to despatch it within 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays. If you require a “Special Delivery” please contact us before ordering.
All EU orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standart post. Tracking can be added as an upgrade at the checkout.
Delivery to Europe countries – £6.50
Items will be delivered in 5 – 7 working days (Monday – Friday)
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard post. Tracking can be added as an upgrade at the checkout.
United States (US) – £6.50
Rest of the World – £9.80
In most international destinations, you should usually expect to receive your item within 7-10 working days.
Please note, I cannot take responsibility for the postal service. At busy times, items may take longer, so please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Items are not considered lost in the mail until 25 WORKING DAYS have passed.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ElleyHome is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Deliveries within the EU will incur no import or export duties. Some international deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on elleyhome.co.uk purchases.
You are responsible for checking import thresholds or duties for your delivery address before placing an order. It is also your responsibility to ensure any products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
Please note, although we will endeavour to deliver within the agreed timescale, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Returns and exchanges

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
